My coaching looks at all areas of your health – nutrition, sleep, stress, hydration, exercise, confidence, mindset & self reflection.
I chose not to give out diet plans, instead I like to help you create a food plan that is personalised to you, your lifestyle & taste preferences.
I aim to improve your relationship with food, seeing nothing as good or bad, but creating balance whilst still enjoying life.
I want to help you diminish feelings of guilt and instead gain an understanding of food and how to control it, instead of it controlling you.
I will help you to not only reach your goals but also give you the tools and knowledge to better understand nutrition, enabling you to feel empowered to independently manage your diet in the future.

How is this different from all the fad diets?
I understand the desperation that drives you to these fad diets, from the promises that they make you and the celebrities that naively back up their claims. Its a quick fix, and we all want to reach our goal as quickly as possible.
But even when they work, how long do the results usually last? Not long, otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this right now.
Why is that… because they didn’t teach you anything, or it was unattainable or both.
Stop beating yourselves up, punishing your body and wasting your money.

What is there to learn?
As children we just ate what our parents put in front of us, and why wouldn’t we? It was served with love and good intentions. But for the most of us, without much nutritional consideration.
Nutrition can be confusing, with so much conflicting information out there, it’s hard to know what to trust and who to believe.
I want to help demystify nutrition, teach you the facts and how to filter the BS.
I don't like healthy foods & they're too expensive
Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring or expensive, it doesn’t mean force feeding yourself foods you don’t enjoy.

Dieting is hard, there’s no denying that.
I’m here to help you make the journey enjoyable, sustainable and one you want to continue. I will keep you accountable, celebrate your wins and help you reflect and learn from any challenges along the way.
Having a coach means you have someone encourage and support you when you need it the most and can push that little bit harder.
What if I have allergies/ intollerances?
I’m currently at a really good place with my gut health, but this hasn’t always been the case. I have suffered severely with intollerances, IBS, allergic reactions, brain fog, lethargy. The whole shebang. I’ve seen various specialists, Dr’s, neuropaths, spent far too much money on supplements, some of which worked, some that didn’t. Worked my way through various confusing diet plans, gluten & dairy free, FODMAPS.
I am by no means an expert or qualified in this field, and would recommend seeing a specialist if you haven’t already. However, I can empathise with what you’re going through and can offer a plan that will help and support you and your dietary requirements.

I am a fitness instructor with a good understanding of nutrition, however I had got caught in a trap of eating vegetarian and consuming too much, thinking it was super healthy and a-ok to eat a lot of it.

I recently had a 1-1 with Chelsea and ever since my mindset towards food has really changed.
After switching to vegetarian last year I found my protein levels had really dropping, thanks to all of Chelsea’s great advice I’ve now upped my protein intake and already feel so much better for it.
Everything she explained was really clear and now I understand more about timing my meals. As someone that suffers from rheumatoid arthritis Chelsea was able to give me great advise on what to avoid and what to help lower inflammation further.
